Job Description

The successful candidate will report directly to our corporate head office and will be responsible for ensuring the technology deployed in the local office meets corporate standards and will also help deliver technology services for a number of offices globally. 

The Role & Responsibilities

As a member of our Information Services Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day IT operations and support of staff in the office

Providing prompt, courteous and timely resolution of issues to end users both locally and within the region;

Monitoring and maintenance of all IT systems including Windows servers & workstations, VMWare hosts, SCCM, routers, firewalls and telecommunications devices.

Ensuring compliance with local, regional and international KPMG policies, procedures and standards;

Identification of opportunities to drive efficiencies in the business with regards to systems.

Support and liaison with the regional head office and providing project and system support.

Reporting into office management and managing directors.

Responsible for technical liaison re telecommunications 

Management and delivery of information system projects.

The Requirements

Applicants for the Senior IT Administrator, Information Technology Systems position must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience and an in depth knowledge of Microsoft Technologies, networking, internet security.

Preference will be given to candidates who have or are working towards a recognized certification such as MCSE, CCNA or Azure certifications.
