Executive Assistant, Tax
KPMG in the Cayman Islands provides independent audit services designed to enhance the reliability of information prepared by our clients for use by investors, creditors and other stakeholders in accordance with country-specific statutory requirements. Job Description
The Executive Assistant is critical to the success of the department and will assist with key tasks including drafting and formatting of documents, preparation of various reports and analysis including internal risk management and compliance documentation. You will coordinate and minute internal and team meetings, arrange social and corporate events, manage calendars and assist with booking of international travel.

This role requires a trusted individual who can project manage well, dealing with multiple tasks and requirements for the management team. The individual must be able to exercise the highest level of confidential discretion and have an a professional demeanor.
As the role requires the individual to work with client information on a daily basis, the individual must bring a high degree of integrity to their role and demonstrate their understanding of the need to maintain absolute confidentiality of the information that they have access to.
